The CBRE Retail Leasing Team Victoria have completed a leasing deal at 50 Market Street, Melbourne. A 60 sqm fully fitted café lobby space has been leased by I Arepa who are expanding across the Melbourne network.

Specialist financial consultancy firm Smooth Retirement has new headquarters at 45 St Georges Terrace Perth leased marking full occupancy for the Redhill Partners-owned office building.

Marine and subsea services company, MMA Offshore, has secured a new tenancy for the company’s head office in one of Perth’s most sought-after office towers, EQ12 The Esplanade, directly opposite Elizabeth Quay. CBRE Luke Bray, who negotiated the deal on behalf of Cape Bouvard. 

JLL’s Dan Kernaghan negotiated the deal for Grosvenor Place which will see Ord Minnett occupying levels 18 and 19 which boasts two outdoor terraces and sweeping harbour views.
